today we are going to another tattoo shop
i finally have something better drawn up
this might actually be what im going to get
although whatever artist we choose im sure
they will do some modifications to it
but i know that what i have now has meaning
because before it was just something cool
if im going to have something on me for life
it better be something that i want that long
and this is for whitney and i commitment
till death do us part it reads on a scroll
there is a skull and a heart that has a cross
the skull represents death and the heart
represents our love and there are tombstones
one for each of us josh ulm and whitney ulm
the heart becomes a cross at the bottom
which is between the tombstones to show that
Jesus is in the center of our marriage
i feel the tattoo is very meaningful to me
we dont know when we are going to get them
but it might be sometime soon so well see

G O D B L E S S T H E W O R L D
ive been trying to study Jesus lately
because he is so important to me
there are things i dont understand
some because im not suppose to
and others because im still young
this can only mean i should try to
as i think about what Jesus means
i start to realize that my life is his
he gave me his life through death
so now im giving him mine every day
anyone can see that God is in control
but some choose to have closed eyes
i pray i am able to influence them
may their eyes be opened to life
thank you Father for all the gifts
help me to use each of them to serve
to serve others and to serve you

this is the first time since we got married
as you said its kind of like the old days
except this time you'll be back here soon
sorry i couldnt make the trip with you girl
would much rather do that than be here alone

i like how i got the colors on here so far
took me a while to figure it out and change

the Passion of the Christ should be viewed by all mature people
i was able to view it last nite along with 270 fellow christians
our church rented out the theatre for the 7:00 opening nite
it felt like we were having church but we were in the movies
of course church can be anywhere because church is not a building
church is the people and im not sure many people understand that
t h a t s a w h o l e o t h e r t o p i c b a c k o n t r a c k
mel gibsons portrayal of what Jesus did for us is powerful
in the bible the only words we were given cannot do justice
it simply says [A N D T H E Y C R U C I F I E D H I M]
these words dont make us understand how much Jesus suffered
when viewing this film you can feel like you were there with him
i have never realized how much Jesus loves us until last nite
h e d i e d f o r u s w e m u s t g i v e o u r l i f e t o h i m
this is not a typical movie because its not for entertainments sake
many eyes will be opened and hearts will be touched because of it
may i keep this out reach in prayer and study the life of Jesus
i hope to know him and his teachings more and understand his love
Jesus paid a debt he didnt owe because we owed a debt we couldnt pay
